Robert Hamilton scooped the top prize - with odds of one in 2.1 million - twice in just three months.
An Indiana man has defied the odds again, claiming his second $1m lottery prize in three months.
Robert Hamilton purchased his latest winning scratch-off ticket last week from a convenience store on the south side of Indianapolis, Hoosier Lottery officials said.
In April, Mr Hamilton won the exact same amount from the state's $120 Million Cash Spectacular Scratch-off game.
